Step by step to a new job
- You send us your application directly via the advertised job on our careers page. Nothing suitable at the moment? No problem. You can also send us your application as a "speculative application". We will get back to you as soon as possible with feedback.
- If we would like to get to know you, our Talent Acquisition Team will arrange a short initial phone call with you. You will then receive feedback from us within a week.
- You are important to our management. A 15- to 30-minute chemistry call takes place to get to know you. You will then receive feedback within a week.
- You get to know an expert from the specialist area and at the end of the interview you will be given a case that we will look at afterwards.
- For some roles there is an additional interview step. If this is the case for your role, we will inform you of this at the beginning of the interview process.
- We will make you our offer and if you accept, you will sign your employment contract.
