(Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)

qwp is a Berlin-based agency that specializes in the conception, creation, maintenance and further development of user-centric content solutions for international clients. In addition to classic UX design and UX writing for websites, online stores and apps, our service portfolio also focuses on consulting for CMS solutions, multilingual content management and generative AI. We are already successful with long-term projects for global clients, primarily from the automotive sector, and are growing steadily.

For the expansion of further customers we are looking for remote an ambitious and energetic (Junior) Sales Manager to take up the existing threads and scale our business model in a separate New Business Unit.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience in sales / distribution, ideally in an agency environment
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, commercial training or a similar qualification
  • You have an impressive track record and a strong B2B network
  • You are a strong communicator and have a strong customer focus
  • You are enthusiastic about lead qualification and existing customer management
  • Your way of working is analytical and structured
  • You are business fluent in German (C1) and have a good command of English (B2)


YOUR TASKS:

  • You will support our Business Development team in the strategic development and continuous enhancement of the existing product portfolio
  • The control of social selling campaigns with the necessary tools and approach approaches is an essential component of your acquisition
  • You are also adept at using AI and campaign tools
  • Together with Business Development, you are an elementary component in the acquisition and qualification of our cooperation partners
  • You will work closely with our marketing and consulting team and optimize our customer journeys together
