Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)

qwp is a Berlin-based agency that specializes in the conception, creation, maintenance and further development of user-centric content solutions for international clients. In addition to classic UX design and UX writing for websites, online stores and apps, our service portfolio also focuses on consulting for CMS solutions, multilingual content management and generative AI. We are already successful with long-term projects for global clients, primarily from the automotive sector, and are growing steadily.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior Sales Manager to take up the existing threads and scale our business model in a separate New Business Unit.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales / distribution, ideally in an agency environment
  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, commercial training or a similar qualification
  • As a senior, you have an impressive track record and a strong B2B network
  • Experienced in managing and training employees
  • Passion for sales/distribution with a strong sense of personal responsibility, independence and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Business fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)


YOUR TASKS:

  • Strategic development and continuous enhancement of the existing product portfolio
  • Identification of potential new customers in the B2B & B2C sector through proactive research and acquisition
  • You build up customer relationships by telephone and via other channels such as e-mail, LinkedIn etc. You build customer relationships and make binding and qualified appointments as well as provide professional customer advice with an extensive product portfolio
  • Working out sales tasks with the respective customer, co-development of sales strategies and development and implementation of sales targets to increase turnover
  • Continuous monitoring and reporting of sales results
  • You are actively involved in the acquisition and qualification of new partners and take our agency to the next level
  • You will work closely with our marketing and consulting team and optimize our customer journeys together
  • You live and promote the culture of our agency
