Working Student (m/f/d) in Social Media & Community Management

NEXperts is a platform for AI expertise and will be launched in 2024 as a service of the Berlin digital agency qwp. Under the claim "AI experts shaping tomorrow", NEXperts pursues the holistic approach of professionalizing, networking and communicating expertise in artificial intelligence (AI).
For a position in Berlin (remote work is possible from anywhere) we are looking for a dedicated Working students (m/f/d) for the area of social media & community management.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a certificate of enrollment from a university /
  University in the degree program PR & Communication Sciences, Marketing or/
  and social media, digital innovation or similar
• You are already in the 5th semester of your Bachelor's degree or already studying for a Master's degree
• You can devote between 12-20 hours a week of your time
• Your heart beats for digital communication and social media coupled with AI
• You live trend-conscious, modern research commitment to the full
• You are regularly on the move in the world of different content formats
  (podcasts, video etc.) and like to give new impulses
• You are interested in technological trends and like to test them out
• You work in a structured, precise and reliable manner with high quality standards
• You are fluent in German and English (at least level B2)

YOUR TASKS:

• Co-conception and implementation of the complete social media strategy, including
  Editorial planning and posting
• Content creation in our news and blog section "NEXt Insights"
• Proactive community management: support for our LinkedIn channel
• Co-design of creative content and social media formats
• Tip-off management for "trolls" and "shitstorms" and support with the
  Moderation of all contributions
• Monitoring: You constantly check the success of our channels and are regularly involved in the
  Exchange with your project manager
